The app uses your location to mark attendance based on the set longitude and latitude set by the organisation. The app will require your permission to use your location to check if you are within the perimeter set by your employer. Once, you allow and give permission, you as an employee can clock in, take breaks and clock out once the application detects your device is out of the allowed perimeter. If you do not allow access to your location, you will not be able to use the mobile to clock in or out.  We do not share your location with any third-party.  It is solely used for the purpose of marking your work attendance and timesheet.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small amounts of information that we store on your computer. Unless you have indicated your objection when disclosing your details to us, our system will issue cookies to your computer when you log on to the site. Cookies make it easier for you to log on to the site during future visits. You should also be aware that general information can be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Such information will not identify you personally as it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our site. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor website traffic and to personalise the contents of the site for you. You may set up your computer to reject cookies although, in that case, you may not be able to use certain features on our site.

Unfortunately, verbal data access requests cannot be entertained as we need to establish a data subject’s identity and retain a paper/auditing trail of any data access request to establish ongoing compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
